Restless legs sucks rocks, so empathy. :/

What I’ve found helps is Vitamin B1. I saw a thing online about it, tried it, and it works. I’ve had to increase my dose over the years (started out with 250mg x1 per day, now I’m taking x3) but it still works. There’s no toxic dose I can find (and my doctor agrees) so if I have to take more and more in the future, that’s annoying but okay.

Give it a shot. It’s cheap and it either works or doesn’t; no side-effects. Luck!
