A small note about the upcoming week’s worth of posts.

I strive to be careful when writing blog posts. Careful to be as kind as I can, to be polite, to make sure that the person (or persons) that inspired the post has little idea that they sparked the conversation inside my head, or if they do realize, that I’ve painted them in as flattering a light as possible.

I don’t always succeed, but that’s the nature of practice, isn’t it?

I have a bunch of notes laying around my hard drive.

Notes about things I want to talk about.

But I’ve not. Sometimes only for a few hours, sometimes for months.

Largely, it’s because I can’t think of a way to be polite about it, or to wrap it up into a larger, more positive point.

As they say, sometimes you exist simply as a cautionary example to others.

This week, before we get into the political insanity of the next four years, I’m going to get them out of my system.

A lot of them are relationship based, and I think worth sharing and reading for that reason.

But they’re probably not going to be quite as kind as my last post about relationships.

I’ll still follow my artistic license policy, sure.

But I’m crabby this week.  You’ll probably notice.
