Very well said! Lousy service. Just spent an hour thinking I could upload my perfectly good ePub only to find that I now have to pull it all apart to format it in Word. Not only that but they have a 5mb limit on files, so that completely stuffs the full illustrated book it took me 8 months to write and draw.
